Visitor booking system
Visitors are encouraged to schedule their visits in advance to prevent overcrowding of each area.
The safety of residents, staff and visitors has always been Cobram Regional Care’s highest priority, but particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic.
To comply with the Government’s Safe Management Measures and ensure the continued well-being of all our residents, staff and visitors, Cobram Regional Care have implemented a digital visitor booking and check-in system.
The system will log each individual’s entry and exit, and allow quick identification of affected individuals via contact tracing, if required. Visitor booking and check-in will be compulsory and enforced at our residential facility until further notice.
In addition, all visitors must comply with our active screening process, which includes temperature checking, the provision of evidence of current flu vaccination and questions regarding any respiratory symptoms. Please contact us if you need further advice on active screening.
