Tracey Gemmill
Tracey is a Registered Nurse with over 25 years’ experience in aged and community care. She has been in Executive roles within Aged Care for over 18 years.
In 2008, Tracey was appointed to the Commonwealth Adviser and Administrator Panel as a Nurse Adviser, and was appointed Nurse Adviser at a number of sanctioned residential aged care homes from 2009-2013.
Tracey also worked as an Assessor with the Aged Care Quality Agency from 2008-2015.
Lisa Ford
Lisa is a CPA qualified Accountant with more than 24 years’ experience in finance and auditing. Lisa joined CRC in 2022 and brings with her a strong knowledge of corporate finance, specialising in the not-for-profit sector, and public practice auditing.
Megan Gemmill
Megan came to CRC in 2020 with extensive experience in local government, with specific skills in procurement, contract management, quality assurance, legislative compliance, project management and change management. These diverse capabilities have been critical in her role in ensuring that older people are receiving the best care that enables them to live independently in the community.
Andrew Vernon
As Operations Coordinator, Andrew oversees our catering, cleaning, laundry and maintenance teams, as well as our significant building projects across the origination.
Andrew commenced with CRC in 2020 and has over 15 years’ experience in operations and human resource management.
Andrew is a qualified Chef and holds Certificate IV in Business Management. Andrew has undertaken the 5-Day OH&S Course and is a trained and nominated Chief Fire Warden.
Tracy McKenzie
Tracy commenced with CRC in 2022, and brings with her over 20 years’ experience, ranging from District Nursing, Acute Care, Emergency nursing and Residential Aged Care.
Tracy previously held positions as Care Manager in a large regional residential aged care facility, and Nurse Unit Manager of a Public health service residential nursing home.
Tracy has a Graduate Certificate in Gerontology and is currently undertaking a Master’s degree in Health & Ageing.
Eily Nunn
The Workforce Development Officer role was created in 2023 following the significant changes around workforce that came about with the Royal Commission into Aged Care Quality and Safety.
Eily holds Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment and Certificate IV in Leisure and Health.
Eily has been working within residential aged care for over 15 years and has a key interest in promoting workforce diversity and inclusion through proactive employment practices, staff education and training and promoting a culture where employees feel supported and engaged.
Emily Vernon
Emily is an Enrolled Nurse who has committed her entire nursing career to aged care. Emily has worked with Cobram Regional Care since 2014 and has been in the role of CI Coordinator since 2019.
Emily is currently undertaking a Bachelor of Nursing with an ongoing focus on Aged Care.
