Cobram Regional Care operate 30 one-bedroom units, 16 of which are located at Grahame Murray Court, and 14 in Clive Puls Court, Cobram. Both these Courts run alongside the Cobram Regional Care residential facility and are in easy walking distance of the facility. The units are furnished with curtains, floor coverings, stove and a reverse-cycle air conditioner.
The organisation also operates 12 two-bedroom units situated at “Rotary Park” in Campbell Road. These units are architecturally designed, with lock-up garage and separate laundry. Units are furnished with curtains, floor coverings, stove, reverse-cycle air conditioning, and are warmed by slab heating. All Units are fully insulated.
Cobram Regional Care holds responsibility for the Maintenance of all Unit buildings, mowing of surrounding lawns and edges, and clearing of gutters and spouting, as well as the payment of Moira Shire Rates and Sewerage Charges, as well as Insurance of the building, curtains and carpets.
Fees and Charges

Residents are required to cover the cost of their own electricity, telephone, water usage and any applicable Personal Contents Insurance. Unit’s residents are responsible for the upkeep of their own private garden areas, and general tidiness of their unit.
Residents are required to report any maintenance concerns to the reception desk at Cobram Regional Care. For those residents who enter into a lifetime lease agreement, a monthly maintenance charge is also payable.
Both rent and maintenance fees are reviewed each year in line with the annual CPI index.
