Graduate Nurse Program
Program overview
The Graduate Nurse Leadership Program will give you the opportunity to kick start your Nursing career in a dynamic and progressive organisation, and make a positive difference to the lives of residents in our care and their families.
12-month structured program
We recognise Aged Care as a specialist area of Nursing. Through the structured twelve month program we aim to help graduates to develop their clinical and leadership skills.
Clinical placement supervisors
Your Clinical Placement Supervisor will be a qualified Registered Nurse will guide and support you on an ongoing basis towards achieving your personal development goals.
Eligibility
To be eligible for the program you will need to meet the following criteria:
- Have obtained a Bachelor of Nursing degree within the past 2 years
- Be eligible to register with AHPRA
- Demonstrate commitment to a career in Aged Care
Please note that electives related to Aged Care are not a prerequisite for selection, however experience as an Aged Care worker is desired.
